Curated Web Studio – Terms of Service

Welcome to Curated Web Studio! By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services
Curated Web Studio provides web design, website setup, template customization, maintenance, and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”). We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our Services at any time.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the Services.
Obtain all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for content provided to us.
Review and approve work in a timely manner. Delays in client responses may affect project timelines.

3. Project Timeline
All project timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline is agreed upon in writing. Curated Web Studio is not liable for delays caused by client actions, third-party providers, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment
A deposit or retainer may be required before work begins.
Remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of Services.
All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables.
Curated Web Studio retains the right to display work samples in portfolios, marketing materials, and online galleries unless a written confidentiality agreement is provided.
Clients are responsible for the legality of content provided to us.

6. Revisions
The number of revisions included in the project will be outlined in the proposal or contract. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

7. Limitation of Liability
Curated Web Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific Service in question.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project in writing. In the event of termination:
Clients will pay for work completed up to the termination date.
Any deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of work completed.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

10. Changes to Terms
Curated Web Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
